“Long term roles – those rates are sitting up around the maximum rate of $75 per hour. You will have a choice between tier 1 mining providers and tier 2 mining contractors. The biggest difference between the two is with tier 1 providers you’ll be able to choose whether you go into trucks, ancillary equipment or diggers and drills. Whereas with tier 2 mining contractors you’ll be working on all the gear.”
