Expect More Tours


Terms & Conditions

1. Premium Mechanical Group Pty Ltd (PMG) has established an employment reward program (PMG Expect More Tour) which rewards the new employees of PMG (Employees) $3000 towards any holiday within Australia.
2. These terms and conditions form the basis of the PMG Expect More Tour and apply to New Employees only (Terms).
3. It is the responsibility of the employees to read, understand and comply with all the Terms set out including the redemption of the reward.
4. The Terms are effective from the Start Date and conclude on the End Date and may be changed, amended and/or updated by PMG from time to time.
5. Employees will be provided with a copy of the Terms at the time of joining PMG.
6. Every new Employee who joins PMG between the start date and end date is bound by the Terms.

 

Definitions

In the Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

‘Employee’ means a new employee of PMG who has not been employed with PMG before.

‘PMG’ means Premium Mechanical Group Pty Ltd of 1/86 Forsyth Street, O’Connor WA 6163.

‘PMG Expect More Tour’ means the reward set up by PMG which allows New Employees to redeem $3000 towards any holiday of their choice within Australia.

‘Redemption’ means the redeeming by a new employee of the Reward.

‘Start Date’ means 16 November 2022.

‘End Date’ means 31 December 2022.

 

Operation

1. The PMG Expect More Tour operates through the company supplier, Corporate Travel Management, which complies with the PMG Privacy policy.
2. The PMG Expect More Tour is only awarded when an employee works on a remote site and completes a total of 940 hours.
3. The PMG Expect More Tour are only awarded when an employee signs an employment contract with PMG between the start date and end date and commences work on a remote site between 01 December 2022 and 28 February 2023, and completes a pre-employment medical and the PMG Inductions between the start date and end date.
4. The PMG Expect More Tour is only awarded to new employees in trade qualified positions only and the new employee meets all onboarding requirements for the position.

 

Changes to PMG Expect More Tour

1. PMG reserves the right to make any changes (whether material or otherwise) to PMG Expect More Tour including the Terms.
2. PMG may also cancel or rescind the PMG Expect More Tour at any time and for any reason.
3. New Employees will be notified by PMG of any material changes to the PMG Expect More Tour.
4. These changes may include (but are not limited to):

a. The ways in which the PMG Expect More Tour is earned and/or redeemed;
b. Limitations on the redemption or locations available and/or Benefits;
c. PMG Expect More Tour restrictions and/or conditions.

 

The Use of PMG Expect More Tour Rewards and Benefits

1. By using, or claiming any Benefit or reward, the Employee agrees to be bound by the Terms and consents to providing their personal information.
2. PMG Expect More Tour may only be earned and/or redeemed in accordance with the Terms as amended or updated from time to time.

 

Employee Obligations and Responsibilities

1. Employees must not:

a. Act in any way which breaches the Terms; or
b. Abuse or misuse the PMG Expect More Tour reward or Benefits; or
c. Engage in any illegal or fraudulent activities; or
d. Supply or attempt to supply false or misleading information, or make a misrepresentation; or
e. Act in a hostile, abusive or aggressive way towards PMG or any Employee; or

2. Each new Employee is responsible for ensuring that they redeem their PMG Expect More Tour within 6 months of commencing employment with PMG. The 6 months is calculated from the start date on the employees employment contract.
3. Each new Employee is responsible for ensuring they book their PMG Expect More Tour through PMG’s Corporate Travel Management supplier.

 

Redeeming the PMG Expect More Tour

1. The availability of locations to choose from is limited to within Australia.
2. Employees cannot assign or transfer the PMG Expect More Tour to any other person including other Employees.
3. The full amount of $3000 must be redeemed at once.

 

Personal Information

1. Each Employee acknowledges that PMG collects, uses and discloses information about the Employee, in order for PMG to provide the Employee with the Benefits.
2. The use of such information should be read alongside the PMG Privacy Policy available on the PMG portal, which contains more detailed information about how an Employee’s personal information is processed.

 

Liability

1. PMG acknowledges that certain jurisdictions have laws that imply certain terms, conditions or warranties into contracts for the supply of goods or services that cannot be excluded. Consumers in Australia enjoy certain statutory guarantees regarding the provision of services under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) that they will be provided with due care and skill and be reasonably fit for their purpose. The Terms are not intended to exclude or restrict the application of such laws.
2. To the fullest extent permitted by law in any applicable jurisdiction, PMG and its officers, employees or agents are not liable for any loss or claim of any kind (including, without limitation, consequential or economic loss or loss of profits), arising under or in connection with the Terms of PMG save to the extent that such loss or claim arises from the negligence or wilful misconduct of PMG or any of its officers, employees or agents.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The Terms are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Western Australia and Employees submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the State of Western Australia.

 

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. When can Employees redeem their PMG Expect More Tour?
As soon as they have completed 940 hours of work on a remote site with PMG.

2. What happens if an employee does not use the full $3000 when booking their PMG Expect More Tour?
The employee automatically loses the remaining amount.

3. What happens if the employee can not decide on where to book their tour within 6 months of commencing employment with PMG?
The employee automatically loses their PMG Expect More Tour reward.

4. Can Employees accumulate their PMG Expect More Tour reward and roll it through year on year?
No.

5. What happens on termination?
Employees automatically lose all the PMG Expect More Tour reward and cannot redeem it after termination. They cannot be transferred or cashed out.

6. Can an Employee pay the money difference to get a higher value Benefit?
Yes the employee can opt to pay extra money of their own towards their PMG Expect More Tour benefit when booking their reward through CTM. This must be paid at the time of booking.
