PREMIUM Job Role:
As the General Manager of Premium Mechanical Group, you will embody PMG’s vision and values whilst improving efficiency, increasing profits and overseeing the overall daily business operations. General functions of this position will include the following:

  • Develop, outline and implement growth plans and strategies to increase profitability of business products and services.
  • Develop and initiate strategies to maintain employee productivity, evaluate performance and improve the quality of performance.
  • Manage and maintain successful internal and external relationships.
  • Outreach strategies for new and existing business partnerships and work on negotiations, reviews and tenders.
  • Business development management and diversification strategies and client reporting.
  • Managing all operations to ensure it is managed at a profitable level, revenue, costs and profit margins are achieved.
  • Provide monthly budget reports to key stakeholders.
PREMIUM Requirements: 

This role is suitable for an experienced GM Professional with an operational and strategic relationship-focused background, ideally within the Mining, Construction and Labour Hire industries. Additionally, you must possess the following: 
  • Extensive experience in Mining, Construction, Labour Hire and Recruitment Industries
  • A tertiary qualification in Business Management or related discipline (desirable) or equivalent experience
  • Proactive approach to relationship management 
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Able to travel and work independently in an operational role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to consult and problem-solve
